The Business Unit Coordination Council (BUCC) consists of managers, supervisors and leadership representation from each Logistics Business Unit (Acquisition, Distribution, Supply Management) and infrastructure. The purpose of the BUCC is to provide a forum for internal communication about cross-functional operational issues. The Leadership team, consisting of Director level and higher, represents each Logistics Business Unit and infrastructure.
