Definition

Procurement of Live Animals includes all Live Animals used for research or other activities.

What do I need to do?

If this is your first request for Live Animals, due to the Federal, State and UTMB policies and procedures governing orders for Live Animals, please cal the Animal Resource Center at 2-2032 to assist you.

If you are familiar with the process the enter a Requisition into PeopleSoft and set the Origin Code to "ARC".

(NOTE: A Purchase Order has to be issued to the Vendor prior to the goods being received.)
