DefinitionProcurement of Construction, Remodeling or Space Lease Services in accordance with State and UT System Rules & Regulations, includes services which involve the Construction and/or Remodeling of UTMB Facilities (i.e., building), or the lease of space for use by UTMB. Due to the rules and regulations involved in acquiring Construction, Remodeling or Space Lease Services, you need to contact Facilities Operations and Management at 2-3500 to assist you. |
