The Materials Management Hospital Operations has been temporarily relocated to Materials Management's Warehouse location.  The Hospital Operations area provides the necessary medical supplies to inpatient units and on campus clinics 24 hours/day 7 days per week.

The Storeroom serves as a Storefront for Medical staff walk-ins as well as delivery and distribution of Medical supplies to the units/clinics upon request.

Central Supply Center Operations

• Omni Cell - Omni Cell is an automated dispensing system that allows for increase capture and automated reordering of supplies. The result is a savings in labor,
  improved charge capture and supply availability through analysis of discrepancy and usage reports. Omni Cell captures issues of supplies to patients as they occur. When used appropriately the system ensures
  accurate real time inventory and charge capture.

• Take Home Supply Program - The Materials Management Hospital Storeroom participates in the Take Home Supply Program by providing the storefront for Clinic and discharged patients to receive needed medical supplies. Patients are charged based upon their financial class (Medicaid, Medicare, Insured, Uninsured and Charity Care). We except payment of Cash, or Check.
