The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) welcomes Vendors to visit UTMB’s campus and meet Departmental personnel.  UTMB is committed to fair and open access for our Vendor community.  In order to make the most of your visit and at the same time respect the duties of UTMB personnel, the following guidelines for Vendor visits to our Academic, Research and Support Areas have been developed:

• All Vendors visiting UTMB’s Academic, Research, or Support Departments must have a scheduled appointment and register with the Purchasing office prior to their appointment to obtain a Visitor Badge.
• Visitor Badges may be obtained at the Clinical Purchasing Office located in Jennie Sealy Hospital, 5th Floor Room 565, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• There is no campus parking designated for visitors. Vendors may use the various public parking facilities located around campus.
• Failure to conform to these guidelines may result in revocation of visitation rights.
