Client Services: If at
any time you need assistance, please call Client Services at extension 72900 or off
campus: 747-2900 or (800) 522-2266. Client Services is the main access point
for outreach clients to order phlebotomy supplies, request a specimen pick-up, check on
test results, ask technical questions or request a clinical consultation with a
pathologist. Client Services is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. They
are closed Saturday, Sunday, and UTMB Holidays. After hours, a Laboratory supervisor will
answer (800) 522-2266.
