Transplant Panel (089-0533) CPT Code(s): 88184 (first marker); 88185 (each additional marker) Limited Coverage Test (LCD) Test Order Mnemonic: FLOWPHENO Applies To: Aids in monitoring drug therapy and immune status of transplant patients. Lab: Flow Cytometry Request Form: Hematology B Collection: Routine venipuncture Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature (18-22°C). Must be received in lab within 24 hours of collection. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Cause For Rejection: Clotted, QNS, hemolysis; specimen received >24 hours after collection, specimen refrigerated, specimens received on Saturday or Sunday. Availability: Samples are accepted at Sample Management, 5.136 McCullough Bldg., Monday-Thursday (8AM - 5PM). Samples are accepted Fridays (8AM – 1 PM). Turnaround Time: 48 hours. Preliminary report available within 24 hours. Final report includes review and/or interpretation by Pathologist.
