Availability: Samples are accepted 24 hours per day at Sample Management, 5.136 McCullough.

Special Instructions: Testing is performed on single or paired sera (acute and convalescent)  A Patient History form must accompany the specimen.  These forms are available in the laboratory room 5.100, McCullough Bldg. Monday-Saturday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM.
