The offer of free flu shots brings people to the parking lot nearly two hours before opening time.

Volunteers register and pick up their badges, vests and job assignments.

Volunteers receive last-minute instructions at the morning briefing

Forms team members ask flu shot receipients to complete information forms while waiting in their cars.

Information team members ensure that forms are complete before sending cars to the vaccination lot.

Vaccinators and vaccination assistants meet patients on each side of the car.

The flu shot process is quick and painless ...

 ... well, almost painless.

People come in cars, trucks, motorcyles, even golf carts.

Overall, it is a very succesful day.
