Research Interests
As teaching-intensive faculty, my education research and development interests include the use of computer and web-based media and videos to enhance the teaching of gross anatomy. I am currently developing an online video dissector for future implementation in the gross anatomy courses of the Schools of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences at UTMB. This video dissector will provide a standardized dissection protocol that permits medical and health professional students to work more independently in the gross anatomy laboratory.
