Don’t let service fly in face of good care

In his It’s Your Health column, UTMB Dr. Michael Warren urges patients to let hospital staff and administrators know when they’ve had a bad experience. “There’s nothing wrong with legitimate complaints and constructive criticism; reputable hospitals welcome the comments of patients who provide information that helps them improve their service. Some provide comment cards — use them if they’re available,” he wrote.
