| How
to use your nebulizer:
|
1. Plug the
power cord into an AC electrical outlet. 2. Attach one end of the tubing to the medicine holder and the other end to the air outlet. 3. Fill the medicine holder with your medicine. 4. Connect the medicine holder to the mouthpiece or mask. (See next page on how to put nebulizer kit together.) 5 While sitting up; place the mouthpiece in your mouth (or put on the mask). 6. Switch to "ON" and begin treatment. 7. Breathe normally until no more mist is formed in the medicine holder (about 15-20 minutes). Every 10th breath, take a deep breath and hold for 5-10 seconds. 8. When no more mist is formed, switch to "OFF". 9. Unplug the machine from the electrical outlet and remove the tubing from the air outlet. |
| How
to clean your nebulizer: |
1. After
each use, shake off excess medicine and air dry on a clean cloth or paper towel. 2. Once a day, take apart the medicine holder, T-piece, tubing, and mouthpiece or mask, wash with antibacterial soap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry on a clean cloth or paper towel. 3. Twice a week; take apart the medicine holder, T-piece, tubing, and mouthpiece or mask, wash with antibacterial soap, rinse thoroughly, then soak for 30 minutes in 2 cups of white vinegar and 4 cups distilled water. (It is best to use distilled water) After soaking, rinse thoroughly and air dry on a clean cloth or paper towel. 4. Throw out the cleaning solution after each use, Do not reuse. 5. Clean the surface of the machine and place a cover over it. 6. Never put the machine in water! |

to use the mask: |
1.Fill the
medicine holder with the right amount of medicine. 2.Screw the lid onto the medicine holder. 3. Place the mask onto the top of the medicine holder. 4.Place one end of the supply tubing to the bottom of the medicine holder. 5.Place the other end of the supply tubing to the air supply of the machine. |

to use the mouthpiece: |
1. Fill the
medicine holder with the right amount of medicine. 2. Screw the lid onto the medicine holder. 3. Place the T-piece onto the lid of the medicine holder. 4 Attach the mouthpiece to one end of the T-piece. 5. Attach the large flexible tubing to the end opposite of the mouthpiece. 6. Place one end of the supply tubing to the bottom of the medicine holder 7. Place the other end of the supply tubing to the air supply of the machine. |
