Requirements for acceptance to the UTMB Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program:
When is the application complete:
The application cannot be considered until it is complete, which will include the application and at least 3 letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation should include one from your department chairman and/or your residency program director and at least one letter from a practicing gynecologic oncologist with whom you’ve worked.
The CREOG scores should be the scores for all years, not the score for year of training.
Deadlines for application and letters of recommendation:
The deadline for us to receive the fellowship application is May 31st. Your letters of recommendation must be in our office no later than June 15th. Interviews will be held on selected Saturdays in August and September so please complete your application as early as possible. Interviews will not be granted until the application is complete.
