Annette H. Martinez, MSW, LCSW, LCDC, SAP, CEAP

Annette received her BS in psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and her MSW from the University of Houston.   She is a medical educator and lead trainer for the Standardized Patient Program.  Her professional career has included the treatment of substance abuse, hospital social work, college instruction, critical incident stress management, and employee assistance (EAP).  She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
