Course Committees Each member of the OED professional staff serves on one or more of the Course Committees for Years 1 and 2 of the IMC, as well as several committees related to Years 3 and 4, such as the Integrated Curriculum Evaluation Exercise (ICEE) Committee (the senior clinical exit exam) or clerkship committees. The role of the OED member is usually to serve as an educational consultant to facilitate the smooth execution of courses and to assist in ongoing improvement. OED also supports the work of the Longitudinal Theme Directors and their committees. .
