Yvonne has nine years of experience with UTMB providing extensive socio-demographics by geography for consultants who used them for market assessments. She analyzes UTMB patient data and produces reports and maps using the Solucient desk top Market Planner, MapInfo, the Solucient on-line Market Planner Plus and Polaris Suite.

The data reporting and mapping capabilities included census tract and block group level of detail. She provided data graphical maps of Galveston Island at the block level and portrayed the original renaissance neighborhoods. She also mapped Galveston Island’s school locations for the CAP Grant Project.

Yvonne produced the FYI, a bi-weekly newsletter that was distributed on Tuesday and Friday for approximately 6 years. Recently, the FYI evolved into the Insights Newsletter for a greater focus on local, state, national trends and policy changes to enhance awareness and support decision making at every level of the institution. This newsletter is distributed twice monthly.

Prior to joining UTMB, she had fifteen years (10 of them with IBM) progressively responsible administrative and decision support experience in the construction, engineering and aerospace industries. She had extensive experience in resource coordination, decision support, management and quality assurance.
