Consulted for rehabilitation problems and participated in the creation of the Lymphedema Clinic per recommendation of the Cancer Committee. 

1994-1998 James A. Haley VA, Tampa, FL. 
Attending physician and courtesy Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida. Work consisted of electromyography, outpatient clinics, admissions, care of traumatic brain injury, general rehabilitation of veterans, nursing home consultant for clients with brain injury and with contractures and Botox neuromuscular blocks.  Leader in the creation of the Spasticity Clinic.

1989-1994 St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany, NY.
Attending physician with shared responsibility for 33 inpatient beds, hospital consultations, and outpatient clinics.  The inpatient practice dealt mainly with stroke, orthopaedic, and cardiac rehabilitation. The outpatient practice involved the treatment of pain, electrodiagnosis, workmen compensation, and osteoporosis. Involved with teaching and supervision of PM&R residents.

1988-1989 Albany Medical Center, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Albany, NY.
Assistant Professor and attending physician supervising the residency program. Responsible for weekly lectures and journal club. Responsible for monthly Quality Assurance reports. Care for the 20-bed inpatient service specialized in spinal cord and general rehabilitation.

Instructor of the University of Puerto Rico. Supervised PM&R residents in the Neurosurgery Trauma Unit at University District Hospital. Responsibilities included the acute rehabilitation of spinal cord injury and brain injury patients.  In addition, responsible of PM&R outpatient clinics at Carolina Area Hospital.
