"Tile vertically" --

Starting a new clinic note - open Word with the "ENT-Adult-Clinic" template

Doctor selects "MD-TEMPLATE" of choice

CTRL a to select ALL
CTRL c to COPY

Go to your CLINIC NOTE - - - -

. . . . then CTRL v to PASTE
