Radical neck dissection

• Radical neck dissection- All lymph nodes in regions I-V including spinal accessory nerve (SAN), SCM, and IJV. Does not include suboccipital nodes, periparotid nodes except infraparotid nodes located in posterior aspect of the submandibular triangle, buccal nodes, retropharyngeal nodes, or paratracheal nodes.
