Brachial Plexus and Phrenic Nerve
Exits between anterior and middle scalene muscles.
Inferiorly deep to the clavicle, under the post belly of the omohyoid muscle.
Transverse cervical artery and vein usually lie immediately superficial to plexus.
Phrenic nerve formed from contributions form cervical plexus (C3-C5).
