Facial Nerve Landmarks
Pes anserus - 1.5cm deep to a point 1cm anterior and 2cm inferior to the tragal cartilage
Superior division courses convex posterosuperiorly from the pes to the lateral corner of the eyebrow
Buccal branch - passes 1cm inferior to zygomatic arch
Marginal - directly over the angle of the mandible and cross mandible at level of facial vessels
