Alumni and Parent Relations

• Serves as the primary contact for alumni information (alumni record updates, searches, alumni lists, geographic representation)

• Annual coordination of Homecoming event and activities (all schools) in March

• Coordinates President's Outreach Visits to key geographic locations throughout Texas and beyond

• Manages sales of UTMB items (chairs, lamps)

• Coordinates Ashbel Smith Distinguished Alumni awards and information

• Creates and distributes School of Medicine alumni newsletter (approximately four issues annually)

• Serves as the staff support to the School of Medicine Alumni Association Board of Trustees
