FAQ’s
How many residents are in each class?
We accept four positions into each year of residency.
Is there orientation during the first year?
Yes. It is a three-week time that you will become orientated with the duties you will be assigned and getting to know the clinic and other facilities near by. The first week you will receive your badge, keys, computer access, Human Resource obligations and begin shadowing clinics. The second and third week is mainly involved with lectures to get more information about specific sub-specialties and the understanding of the diverse procedures and opportunities we have in our ophthalmology clinic.
