Galveston Newman Center
Hello all UTMB Students....My name is Carl Erickson and I am the new director the Galveston Newman Center. I am honored the Lord has chosen me to serve you and to lead the center in a new direction. I originally hail from Michigan, but lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for the past eight years serving the students in campus ministry at the University of Central Oklahoma. There were blessed filled and exciting years.
Right now the center needs help in setting up.
We have an open house here on Thursday September 4th to introduce the center to
everyone and our opening kick-off event is Sunday, September 7th at 5:30 pm
beginning with Mass which is followed by a dinner and an activity. All
activities and Mass will resume after the kickoff. If you can offer any
assistance in helping to set up before next September 4th, please contact us
here at the center at 740-3797. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
