Antiphospholipid antibodies and end-stage renal disease: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APAS) are at high risk for the development of post transplant thrombosis. Our large multi-center study has shown for the first time, frequency, potential risk and therapeutic intervention in ESRD patients with APAS.
