If your problem is not an emergency, you can
request your appointment
online and receive a call back.
If you have a question about whether or not your
need is an emergency after hours,
please contact
the UTMB Access Center at 800-917-8906.

Appointment Reminders
You will receive an appointment reminder in the mail
about 2 weeks before your scheduled clinic visit
and an automated telephone
reminder 2 days before
your appointment. If you prefer not to receive
reminders, please let us know at the time you
schedule
your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
In order to give all patients the earliest possible appointment, we ask you not to miss an appointment without 24 hours advance notice.
With your help, we can often make it possible for another patient to get medical care sooner. Don't be a "no-show."
