During regular office hours:

After hours you may call (409) 772-2222.
If you prefer, please call (800) 917-8906, which is available 24 hours a day.
If your problem is not an emergency, you can schedule your appointment online.

Appointment Reminders
You will receive an appointment reminder in the mail about 2 weeks before your scheduled clinic visit and an automated telephone reminder 2 days before your appointment. If you prefer not to receive reminders, please let us know at the time you schedule your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
In order to give all patients the earliest possible appointment, we ask you not to miss an appointment without 24 hours advance notice.
With your help, we can often make it possible for another patient to get medical care sooner. Don't be a "no-show."
