Dr. Dolphin has been at UTMB for six years.
 He was born in the Pacific Ocean
near Hawaii.

When he was just a calf,
he decided that he wanted to be a pediatrician,
 or doctor that treats children, when he
 grew up. He went to college at Hawaii
 Pacific University, where he studied marine
biology and to medical school at the University
 of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where
 he also completed his residency, which is
 extra training for people who graduate from
medical school.

When Dr. Dolphin isn't seeing
patients, he enjoys swimming and reading.
