U.S.M.L.E. Step Test Resident Policy

(effective July 1, 2004)

All PGY-1 residents must successfully complete USMLE Step I prior to the start of their residency training
All PGY-1 residents must successfully complete USMLE Step II prior to June 30th of their PGY-1 training year.
All PGY-2 residents must successfully complete USMLE Step III prior to June 30th of their PGY-2 training year.
Residents failing to comply with any of the above requirements will be subject to disciplinary action.
