The Department of Pediatrics has two programs accredited by the UTMB Office of Continuing Education that offer AMA PRA Category 1 credits:

  • An annual Pediatric Review Course
  • A weekly Grand Rounds Program

The Morbidity and Mortality presentations from this latter program also are used to satisfy institutional risk management credits. These presentations are usually by departmental faculty with some by external speakers (from both within and outside UTMB).
