irritable, fussing with both ears, restless sleep, poor appetite, URI symptoms

temperature 39.4

left ear effusion, not full or bulging,
Compliance <0.1, gradient >150

 right ear obstructed by cerumen
Compliance <0.1, gradient >150
 canal volume 0.3

Treated with antibiotics 3 weeks ago for AOM.
Patient cried while cerumen was removed.
