  1. Institution Login = utmb
  2. username = UTMB username
  3. password =  FirstInitialLastname  (e.g. jsmith or bbrown).

to access Continuity Practice Schedule on New Innovations...

1. go to Main Tab (upper left) --> Scheduling Assignment                 2. Show Monthly Schedule view -- choose "Resident Continuity Clinic Sch.
