I. Objectives
-
To acquire knowledge in
organizing and implementing a project to test a hypothesis, in reviewing
the literature, and in preparing and submitting manuscripts.

To know the common methods of
statistical analysis and the various types of research studies.

To acquire knowledge in how
to critique the medical literature
-
To acquire knowledge in
organizing a poster for presentation and defense of their poster to
resident research judges and Pediatric faculty.
-
To emphasize and encourage
research, formal presentations at scientific meetings, and publication
of manuscripts.
