How to Apply
Applicants should submit an application to Internal Medicine via the ERAS system selecting the "categorical" option. No paper applications will be accepted.
In addition, interested applicants should use the on-line application form or obtain a hard copy application and submit the list of required supporting material and submit to:
Office of Preventive Medicine Residencies University of Texas Medical Branch 301 University Boulevard Galveston, Texas 77555-1150 Applications are considered for Internal Medicine/Preventive Medicine Residencies and the MPH program simultaneously. Applicants are notified of each decision separately. Acceptance into the residency program is contingent upon acceptance into the MPH program. Completed applications must be received in the Office of Preventive Medicine Residencies by October 31 preceding the July start date. After the application and supporting materials have been received, selected applicants will be invited for a formal interview usually held within the first two weeks of December. The specific dates will be set forth in the letter of invitation. For those requiring other interview times, special arrangements will be made since we believe an interview is strongly desired.
