The following are online proficiency tests designed for the provider who performs Provider Performed Microscopy Procedures (PPMP's) at their site of practice.  Per CLIA statutes, PPMP's may only be performed by a primary care provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or Physician Assistant) at the time of the patient's visit provided Certificate for PPMP's is current.  A certificate may be obtained through HCFA--now CMS--.
