        -Passing score = 100%
2. Validation Tools- These are the check-off guidelines for each bedside or point of care test, 3 forms are
        available depending on the POC test :-)
      -Kits Val Tool (pregnancy, UA Dip, guaiac, Strep)
      -POC Monitors Val Tools (glucose, HemoCue, Hematocrit)
      -Low Volume Tests Val Tool (pH-Nitrazine)
3. Competency (CHECK-OFF) forms- worksheets for documenting blind sample results)
