  • Collaborate with all schools and departments to handle personnel related matters for Faculty and Non-teaching employees including:

  • Track and report faculty related data in all schools
  • Handle PIA requests for Faculty
  • Maintain faculty personnel files for School of Medicine
  • Oversee and the coordinate the Salary Planning Process for the Academic Enterprise
  • Maintain Academic Enterprise Additional Pay Process
  • Maintain Academic Enterprise Compensation Information Acknowledgements
