As an academic medical practice, many of our physicians are also teachers and researchers working toward the continued improvement of the practice of medicine. The FGP provides medical services primarily at UTMB Hospitals & Clinics as well as other medical facilities throughout Southeast Texas. There are over 70 primary and specialty care clinics in Galveston and the Bay Area, and many primary care clinics offer same or next day service. Our Pediatric urgent care centers in League City and in Galveston are open evenings and weekends.
