Protein Sequencing

The Protein Chemistry Laboratory currently operates the following protein sequencing equipment:

1. Applied Biosystems 494/HT PROCISE Sequencing System controlled by PROCISE Control Software and SeqPro Data Analysis Software.

2. Applied Biosystems 494 cLC PROCISE Sequencing System for high sensitivity protein sequencing.

                                                              

Protein Sequencing Sample Submission/Authorization Form:

Reliable sequence data depends immensely on the methods used to isolate and purify the protein sample. With the ever increasing level of instrument sensitivity, sample preparation is critical.
