Evaluation
Fall Semester 2002

Thirty Three percent of the course grade will be based upon individual student performance on two objective exams administered during the Semester.  The examinations will come from suggested readings (required textbook), lectures and other material covered in class.  Exams will NOT be cumulative and will include mostly material since the preceding examination.  The remaining 66% of the course grade will be based on class projects, participation in evaluation, participation of the WebCT Bulletin Board postings and readings, and interview techniques, and general participation in class discussions and case presentations (Reading and Posting Information before Class Presentations on the WebCT).

Tests
Tests will be multiple choice.  Tests are expected to be scored and posted on the WebCT page within two weeks of the examination date.  Item analysis will be applied and all questions not meeting validity criteria will be removed from  the test.  Only valid and statistically sound items will remain in the point total.  Students may challenge the questions by email  providing rationale and data that supports your challenge.  Test item challenges must occur within seven days of posting of your test results.
