Clarification of Participation as discussed in Class:  50 points for attending class and actively participating and 50 points for actively participating in the WebCT discussions; specifically reading the postings.  The participation grade this Semester was calculated by giving the full 50 points for always being in class and actively participating.  The student received full credit of 50 points if they read at or above the class average of 300 postings.  45 points were awarded if the student  read between 200-300 postings, 40 points if they read between 100-200 postings, 35 points if they read between 50-100 and 0 points if they read less than 50 postings.
