COGNITIVE:
  1. Identify the adjustment reactions found when there are profound changes in the medical condition or life stages.
  2. List the 11 different personality disorders as defined by the DSMIV.
  3. Differentiate the personality disorders of narcissistic, borderline, and histrionic patients.
  4. Be familiar with the Holmes Social Adjustment Scale for Life Events.
AFFECTIVE:
1.  State your feelings about what is good and bad stress in you life.
2.  Make a list of impulsive reactions that you typically go through during a stressful event and problem solve how you would plan a better response to highly charged emotional events.
PSYCHOMOTOR:
1. Tell a friend what are effective stress reduction measures that each professional school student should know.
2. Explain the common personality disorders to a classmate, friend, or spouse, and state the factors for variations.
3.  Make adjustments to your schedule to reduce your individual stress.
4.  Make a list of stress reduction techniques that would be helpful to apply to your own situation.
