Attendance - X=Absent;  Attendance and participation equals approximately 25% of the total grade.  Students are expected to attend class and be part of the in-class and class bulletin board discussions (just as or possibly more important than in-class discussion).

Students missing the examination will be given an opportunity for make-up if the instructor is notified prior to the date of the exam.
