Dr. Tracy Nguyen-Oghalai is an Assistant Professor of Medicine. Her clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, and her research interests are secondary data analysis and outcomes research. She attended college and later medical school at Memphis State University in Memphis, Tennessee. Subsequently, Dr. Nguyen, after completing residency training in Internal Medicine at Baylor in Houston, pursued further training in Rheumatology and Allergy/Immunology at Baylor as well. Following completion of her fellowship, Dr. Nguyen did an extra year of clinical research fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She has been at UTMB since 2003. Dr. Nguyen-Oghalai is currently the recipient of the ACR/REF ASP Junior Career Development Award in Geriatric Medicine. Her telephone number for appointments is (409) 772-2863. | |
