Requirements for graduate and post-baccalaureate professional programs are described in The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston General Information Catalog and the requirements for each program are described in detail in the bulletins for the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (1a) (1b), School of Nursing (2a) (2b), School of Allied Health Sciences (3), and the School of Medicine (4). The requirements are in compliance with standards established by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (5) and The University of Texas System Board of Regents (6). Health profession programs at the Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences also meet national standards for their respective accrediting bodies (7) (8) (9) (10) (11) (12) (13).
