(1) RAS/BRAF/MEK/ERK and p16/CDK/RB signaling pathways in cancer biology. Study the roles and interactions of aberrant RAS/BRAF/MEK/ERK and p16/CDK/RB signaling pathways in cancer cells. (2) Molecular Diagnostics. Research and development of molecular diagnostic test in clinical application.
