Join us as we collaborate to explore and share best practices in School Health Nursing!

The purpose of this year's educational activity is to enhance the knowledge of the registered nurses in the area of school health nursing and practice through the following objectives:

  • Discuss an innovative approach to adapt evidence-based family life and sexual health education curriculum.
  • Describe best practices of sepsis related to prevention, recognition, and management among school age children.
  • Recognize school health implications associated with clinical manifestations of common versus serious skin conditions.
  • Differentiate the causes of abdominal pain and indications for referral.
  • Discuss updates regarding the impact of e-cigarettes and vapors among adolescents.
