Lunch Reservation Form

 

 

 

 

Lunches are held the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise announced, from 12:00 - 1:00.   Cost is $8 for members and $8 for their invited guests.   December luncheon is 11:30-1:30.  Any questions regarding membership or lunch reservations may be directed to the Membership Chairs 2008-2009, Susie Schexnaider (x26359) & Betty Ince (x22305).

Lunch reservations and payments will be accepted up until the Thursday prior to the Monday meeting at noon If you do not cancel your registration by the deadline (Thursday at noon), you are still responsible for payment.  Any reservations or payment received after 12:00 noon deadline will not be included in the reservation count.  The membership chairs will contact those persons who make reservations or pay after the 12:00 noon deadline to let them know that they will be asked to wait at the door until all persons with reservations have checked in at the meeting to see if there is available space.   Guests may attend the luncheon no more than two times before joining.  Members with reservations who are unable to attend and wish to send another member in their place, must notify the membership chairs prior to the meeting. 

Please send payment (no cash) to the treasurer, Kori Zaba, Route 0420.  If you wish to bring your reservation payment in person PRIOR to the luncheon instead of sending it by campus mail, you may take it to Kathy Flesher (Room 2.302E, Rebecca Sealy, X75727), Lori Huepers (Room 2-a John Sealy Annex, X75670), or Kori Zaba (Room 3.312 Graves, X26300). 

If you need to cancel your reservation, want to have another member come to the luncheon in your place, or have any questions about reservations or membership, contact Kathy Flesher, x75727, or Susie Schexnaider (x26359).   Only they may change your registration info in the database.   In order to ensure adequate seating and food, it is necessary for us to ask members to communicate their questions and changes directly to the membership chairs and not with other officers or members.
