The most important thing to do if you want to be
a donor is to talk with your family about your wishes to donate.
Open communications is the key. A donor card is a good start to making your wishes known, however you
must share your decision. The Living
Bank International Donor Registry is a tool we use to determine if you
have decided to become a donor or not. Follow the hyperlink or print one
of the forms above and mail them to The Living Bank International, PO Box
6725 Houston, TX 77265-6725.
You don't need perfect vision to donate your eyes. Anyone, can be an
eye donor even if you have vision problems.
