Who is eligible for Counseling Services?

We generally provide services to matriculated UTMB students. If we determine that an individual needs services which are beyond our scope we do our best to coordinate referral. However, we cannot be financially responsible for any services received outside Counseling and Psychological Services. Persons eligible for services include:

• UTMB students from any of the four schools (Health Professions, Graduate, Medicine and Nursing)
• Immediate family members of those persons.
• Students from Galveston College health sciences programs that have paid the Student Health fee.
